Germain handle my service professionally. From payment to car return seemed to take a bit of time. One concern regards the tire rotation. It appears that tire wear on the car’s right side is less than the left side. Unfortunately, the tires were not rotated from right rear to left front. Instead the rotation was simply back to front.

Service appointment at 10:30 for oil change and tire rotation. This took TWO Hours And THIRTY MINUTES. Totally ridiculous!
The service was good and not a long wait. The service advisor was helpful. The dealership is so huge that it’s kind of overwhelming though.
Sales was very good, my warrantee work up was less than acceptable. They recommend car 100000 mi maintenance only if your paying, but if they have to fix those issues they leave them for the customer to fix after the car purchase.goes through. The sales guys were able to get a couple of the things covered for me but left me with more than a bad feeling about warrantee work.

Roberto Perez spent time with me the day I bought the car helping me to get familiar with the various functions and set up my account in the Toyota app. He also checked back with me several times when I kept complaining I didn't have the sale documents (apparently this was someone else's responsibility) and finally sent them to me himself to make sure I got them.
Our car needed to be repaired after the bumper was scratched in a parking lot. Saul and Ann and the other folks at the body shop were very clear and communicative.
All around the team at Germain Toyota of Naples was excellent to work with. They answered all of my questions and were super responsive through each step of the sales process. Jennifer specifically was a delight to work with. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who is in the market for a vehicle!

Don’t go to this dealership to have routine maintenance work done unless you want to stay there for several hours. They overbook Appointments, they don’t maintain their schedules, and they don’t have enough people working there. In the tech area where the work on the car is being performed

The used car I purchased needs 2 cosmetic repairs within 2 weeks of owning and a rattle sound 2 days after purchasing. Thankfully I bought the coverage so the rattle may not be too expensive of a repair. Still disappointed with the purchase cause it’s off to a rough start and I’m wary that the car could be a money pit in the near future. It’s my fault for not doing my due diligence. I purchase the car 3 weeks ago, 2025 brand new 4Runner lifted, city driven is very good, but highway is horrible, I went to Toyota to try to figure something out and they try not their problem, paid $70k and wanted to buy it for $47k 3 weeks after, sales manager Adrian morales “tried” to help me the director of the dealer no help at all, so now a have a $70k debt and a car that drives like xxxx on highways
