Genuine Toyota parts. Ask for the one you need below, or call the counter.

The same model can take different parts depending on the year, the engine and the grade. These three details help the counter find the exact one.
The 17-character vehicle identification number on the driver's side of the windshield, the door jamb or your registration. It settles the year, engine and grade in one line.
If you have the old part, a photo of it or the number stamped on it helps. So does a picture of where it came from.
Say what the part is for, even roughly. A worn wiper, a cabin filter, a cracked mirror cap: the counter will take it from there.
A genuine Toyota part is made to the specification of the part your vehicle left the factory with. It fits the mounting points it was designed for, and it is covered by Toyota's parts warranty: 12 months, regardless of mileage, from the day an authorized Toyota dealer installs it, or the remainder of the new vehicle warranty if that runs longer. A genuine part other than a 12V battery, bought over the counter and fitted by someone else, carries 12 months of coverage on the part itself.
If you are not sure whether a part is one to fit yourself, ask the counter. The service department can install what you buy, and for body panels, mirrors and trim after a collision, the Express Body Shop is on the same campus.
If a part is not on the shelf, the counter will tell you when it can be here before you order. Germain Toyota of Naples has been family-owned since 1947.
Not every visit to a parts counter is a repair. The genuine accessories page shows the accessory side of the counter, and the team can tell you what fits your model and grade.
Maintenance parts are the everyday side: filters, wiper blades, batteries and brake pads. If you would rather have the work done than do it yourself, the service pages for brakes and batteries explain what the service department does, and the counter can answer part questions for either.
Have the VIN ready, say what the part is for, and ask whether it is on the shelf.

A genuine Toyota part is made to the specification of the part your vehicle was built with, rather than to a general fit for several makes.
Installed by an authorized Toyota dealer, a genuine Toyota part is covered for 12 months, regardless of mileage, from the install date, or for the remainder of the new vehicle warranty if that is longer. Bought over the counter and installed by someone else, it carries a 12-month parts-only warranty from the date of purchase, unless it is a 12V battery.
Yes. The service department installs genuine parts, and a dealer-installed part carries the longer of Toyota's two parts warranties. Call the service line at (239) 301-3158 to book the work.
The counter can order it. Ask when it can be here before you place the order, so you can plan the repair around a real date.
Monday to Saturday, closed Sunday. The exact hours for every department are on the hours and directions page.
Send the form with your VIN, or call and read it to us. Ask the counter about availability and timing for the part you need.
Toyota Genuine Parts warranty terms are Toyota's and may change: parts purchased and installed by an authorized Toyota dealer are covered for 12 months, regardless of mileage, from the install date, or for the remainder of any applicable new vehicle limited warranty if that provides greater coverage; with the exception of 12V batteries, parts purchased over the counter and installed by a third party carry a 12-month parts-only warranty from the date of purchase.
