My 6 mos check up has been done without any problems. The service from my arrival until my departure was outstanding. My service advisor Ann was so patient even by being interrupted by phone calls. As always, she made sure that I would leave the facility with a smile on my face and with a new appt. date. Thank you Ann.

Ray (Raiford) and Luis, took care of me and my request when looking for a new truck. Ray wasn’t pushy at all with the sale and made sure I was taken care of, even after the sale was completed. Luis was professional and helpful making sure the experience was well taken care of and my purchase felt comfortable.

Dominic was my salesperson. He was very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. Even though they were very busy, he worked hard to get me out of the dealer as quickly as possible. The finance guy was also very nice. Before I drove off in my new Camry, Dominic took the time to show me around the car, and helped to sync my phone. I highly recommend this dealer.

Originally worked with Dimitri over a year ago for possibly replacing my 2008 Prius. He spent a lot of time answering questions and showing us the Toyota’s available. Unfortunately, we were not ready to purchase at the time. We stayed in contact over the next year or so. When we decided on the vehicle we wanted, I contacted Dimitri, they had one in stock, offered us a great deal, and delivered it to my house, picked up my trade, bought site unseeen and did all the paperwork at the home. This is a great service that Germain offers. I highly recommend them, ask for Dimitri as your sales rep. He gave us as much time as we needed to review all the paperwork at the home, answered all our questions and I appreciated that.
