Customer waiting area and men's room not desirable. Coffee machine broke, no sign indicating such, fridge nearly empty of bottled water, urinal in men's room out-of-order covered with plastic and men's room unkempt. And this was at 8:30 a.m.. Not welcoming presence.
Anthony provided excellent service! I was a walk-in needing a new tire. The service department took the time to perform my regular maintenance which was almost due. Service was completed in a timely manner and again, the customer service was excellent.
Ann Marie Roebuck is great. I had a problem with my Camry. The dual climate control works sometimes. I had it checked. They did not find a problem. But as soon as I left, it was there. Might be a coincidence 🤔

The sales part was good. We we’re paying cash and the final steps took way too long. I did read an article in AAA magazine which explained why they try to wear you out before this process. You have a better chance of selling extras additions. The service center has much to be desired. We bought the car on a Saturday, and had an appointment on Monday to get the windows tinted.
