Not for every role. Several listings call prior automotive experience a plus rather than a requirement, and one asks only for a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license. Others want dealership experience, and the service advisor listing asks for two or more years.

It depends on the department and the role. Ask about the hours for a specific job in the interview. The sales department's hours are 9 AM to 8 PM Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Saturday and 11 AM to 5 PM Sunday. The service department's hours are 7 AM to 6 PM Monday to Friday and 7 AM to 4 PM Saturday, and it is closed on Sunday.

Not to apply. A technician listing states what that role requires, and the application has a field for any certifications you already hold.
