Not for every role. Several listings say prior automotive experience is a plus and not required, and one asks only for a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license. Others do ask for dealership time: the service advisor listing asks for two or more years. Read the requirements on the position you want, because those are the ones that apply to it.

It depends on the department and on the role, and the specifics belong in the interview rather than on a web page. For context, the store's own published hours are sales 9 AM to 8 PM Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Saturday and 11 AM to 5 PM Sunday, and service 7 AM to 6 PM Monday to Friday and 7 AM to 4 PM Saturday.

You can apply without it. The service advisor listing open today names ASE certification as a plus rather than a requirement, and a technician listing states what that specific role requires. Certifications are a field in the application, so anything you already hold is captured. What the store expects you to earn afterward is a question worth asking in the interview.
